Seven people were injured in a multi-car accident in Harlem early this morning. According to police, the incident occurred at Madison Avenue and 130th Street around 5:15 a.m. this morning. Two drivers were taken into custody at the scene with DUI's. "I heard noises around 5:30am," witness Richard Dawson, who was staying at his grandmother's house near the scene, told DNAInfo.
